Advantages

The SM11 model is a state-of-the-art automatic “Fixed Format” case sealer, ideal for long runs with uniform box dimensions. This machine requires manual adjustments, ensuring optimal performance and precision for consistent box sizes. It seamlessly applies two self-adhesive tape strips along the upper and lower middle lines of each box.

Key features

Automatic Four-Flaps Folder Device: Ensures precise folding of box flaps.
Manual Adjustment: Easily adjust for different box sizes (width, height, length) using handles. Adjustment time: 1 minute.
Side Drive Belts: Two belts, each 75 mm wide, with a speed of 21 m/min.
Dual Motors: Equipped with two 0.13 kW motors for efficient operation.
Side Pressure Rollers: Keep top flaps securely closed.
Adjustable Working Height: Set between 500 – 750 mm to accommodate various setups.
Taping Units:
- 2 x K11R taping units – 50 mm width
- 2 x K12R taping units – 75 mm width (only for SM116 model)
Safety Protections: Side safety protections with electro-pneumatic disconnection switches.

Special Models

SM11-I: Constructed with stainless steel for durability.
SA11: Features a switch to control the movement of the top taping head frame via pneumatic pistons, eliminating the need for handles and screws.
